Emin is in our banking and finance practice in London, acting for lenders, sponsors and borrowers across a broad variety of asset classes.
Emin has experience managing and executing complex multi-jurisdictional financings across Europe, the Middle East, the US and APAC, with a particular focus in acquisition finance, margin lending, restructurings and general corporate and real estate finance.
Emin spent time on secondment in our offices in the UAE and has also been seconded to the structured financing desk of an international investment bank focusing on loan finance and emerging markets financings.
