Emily is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice in the Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on technology, Section 337 Investigations--with a particular focus on Domestic Industry, Remedy, and Bonding issues, as well as district court litigation.

Emily has substantial litigation experience, and has provided support from Complaint to trial, with tasks including: drafting discovery requests and responses, taking depositions, working with experts, and drafting briefs and memoranda.. Her penchant for intellectual property and international trade law arose in law school, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of Vanderbilt's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and won two awards for her academic work in International Trade Law. She is also committed to pro bono service, and recently served as a project manager on a pro bono project aimed at eliminating child marriage.
