Emily is an associate in our London Real Estate team who advises private equity investors, developers, financial institutions and sovereign wealth vehicles on a wide range of real estate transactions and the real estate aspects of financing transactions.
She acts on SPV and asset acquisitions, single-asset and portfolio acquisition and development financings, pre-lettings, lettings and re-lettings to occupiers, and disposals. Emily’s experience spans a variety of use classes including prime office space, mixed-use and residential-led developments, retail space and warehousing/distribution assets.
