Emilio is an associate of the Banking department. He has actively worked in several M&A and project finance transactions, both national and international, mainly related to the Energy and infrastructure sector. His experience covers from the due diligence process to the closing of the transactions.
Additionally, he has experience in corporate law, including company secretarial of several companies, specially advising foreign companies on their legal obligations regarding their Spanish subsidiaries. Likewise Emilio has experience in the drafting and negotiation of project contracts related to the energy and infrastructures sector (EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.). Emilio also worked as a secondee in one of the major Spanish energy and construction companies in 2019.
