Emiliano is Head of domestic debt capital market and Fintech group coordinator in Italy. Emiliano works on public offers and listings of equity, debt and securitised derivatives instruments, exchange and tender offers, as well as liability management transactions, for both domestic and international clients.
He has broad experience in capital markets transactions, particularly in the establishment of domestic programmes, as well as in debt and derivative securities public offers and listings of bonds, certificates, covered warrants and credit-linked notes. Emiliano also has significant experience in banking, structured finance and regulatory, and is regularly involved in consultations with CONSOB (the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission) and Borsa Italiana (the Italian Stock Exchange) in respect of offers and listings of financial instruments. He also assists domestic and international financial institutions on MiFID II, PRIIPs Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation, Transparency Directive and Benchmark Regulation. Emiliano advises on DLT solutions and is actively liaising with the Italian Authorities on blockchain related matters.
