Ellis Lawson

Ellis has regularly acted for all commercial parties to financings, including arrangers, syndicate lenders, borrowers, sponsors and export credit agencies across finance types including syndicated corporate lending (conventional and Shari’ah compliant), project finance, real estate development finance, acquisition finance and margin lending. More recently, Ellis has developed a particular focus on debt restructuring, relocating to join A&O’s restructuring team in London in 2020.
