Elizabeth specializes in U.S. finance and restructuring with over 25 years of experience on a broad range of finance transactions for financial institutions and corporations through all phases from origination through workout, restructuring and bankruptcy. Her experience covers syndicated secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, subordinated debt, structured finance, letters of credit and other bank finance transactions. She has experience with a number of industries and specializes in cross-border issues.
Elizabeth is a frequent speaker on cross-border financings and the U.S. loan market at industry events, and is a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL).
