Eleanor is a counsel in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group. She has considerable experience advising sponsors, government bodies and lenders on privately financed energy, oil & gas and infrastructure developments.
Eleanor is a project development specialist and an expert in all aspects of construction, fuel supply, offtake, operation & maintenance, shareholder arrangements and other commercial contracts. She works in numerous jurisdictions and has extensive knowledge of the Middle East and Africa, having previously been based in Dubai.
