Eileen advises and represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings, in disputes before state courts and in alternative dispute resolution processes. She focuses on post-M&A disputes, including contract and corporate law matters as well as complex commercial disputes. Furthermore, she has particular expertise in private international and international procedural law.

Eileen acts for clients from different sectors, including industrial, technology and retail, and regularly advises clients on cross-border disputes.
