Eileen is a U.S.-qualified associate based in the London office of Allen & Overy. Eileen advises on a wide range of leveraged finance and international capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on high yield bonds, including domestic and cross-border buyouts and debt restructurings.

She regularly advises private equity sponsors and corporate issuers as well as investment banks for credits in a variety of industries, including infrastructure, industrials, oil & gas, retail and leisure.
