Eduardo Kappel

Eduardo is an associate in our global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure group based in our São Paulo office. He has experience advising borrowers and financial institutions on project finance and corporate loan transactions, and a solid general corporate practice background. Prior to joining the firm, Eduardo interned for the Brazilian Central Bank, and practiced for three years in Brazil and for one year in New York handling a wide range of banking and corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border financings and M&A negotiations in various industries.
