Her recent matter highlights include advising Eurofins Scientific on a successful fundraising through a bond issuance, Senvion, on its successful capital increase involving the issuance of 8,116,883 new ordinary shares and Nordea Bank S.A., on the banking and insurance aspects of its sale of its Luxembourg-based private banking business to UBS Europe SE.
Déborah holds an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London and a Master II in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg.
