Dylan is an associate in Allen & Overy's Banking & Finance practice in Belgium.
He advises corporates, sponsors, financial institutions and debt funds in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financial transactions, with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional leveraged and acquisition financings, syndicated loans, project and export finance and direct lending transactions.
In addition to his transactional work, Dylan chairs the Belgian Legal Technology Group and has been at the forefront of implementing legal technology solutions in Allen & Overy’s Belgian offices. In that capacity, he frequently interacts with Fuse, Allen & Overy’s tech innovation space.
