Denisa Jonasova

Her experience includes advising issuers, lead managers and agents on domestic and international bond issuances, block trades, initial and secondary share offerings, and other equity transactions. She also has experience in advising clients on various ESG matters, including ESG reporting and related regulation.

In addition to working at A&O, in 2020–2021 Denisa was seconded for 11 months as a legal advisor to Eurowag in connection with its IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
