Demy Blom-Nijenhuis

Demy is a deputy civil law notary in the Projects & Real Estate department of Allen & Overy Amsterdam. She specialises in commercial real estate, real estate-related transactions and real estate-related corporate law. She also advises on the notarial aspects of real estate financing and security rights. Demy joined Allen & Overy in 2018 after graduating from the University of Utrecht. She is a member of the Royal Society of Civil Law Notaries.
