Davide’s practice focuses on M&A and private equity areas.
He assists a wide range of Italian and international clients (including private equity funds and listed and unlisted companies) operating in different industrial sectors. Davide has been involved in transactions of acquisition and disposal of stakes in national and international companies, transfer and lease of businesses and business units, joint ventures and partnerships, mergers, demergers as well as private equity transactions, and provides assistance with regard to general corporate and commercial law issues.
