Dr Daniel Widmann

He focuses in particular on litigation and arbitration proceedings with regard to commercial agreements such as distribution, supply and agency agreements, as well as post-M&A and energy disputes.

In international arbitration proceedings, Daniel Widmann regularly represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes under the arbitration rules of international arbitration institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). He has also represented clients in court proceedings before the European Court of Justice and the General Court of the European Union.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Daniel Widmann worked for a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and Miami (USA), representing clients in large-scale M&A transactions as well as arbitration and litigation proceedings.
