Dan is a partner in the global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice, based in our Los Angeles office. He represents developers, sponsors, lenders and investors in capital and infrastructure projects. Focusing on the renewable energy sector, he handles transactions including development, debt finance, equity finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Chambers USA 2023 has ranked Dan at Band 2 in the Projects market. Dan was a ranked lawyer in the Chambers Global, Projects: Renewables & Alternative Energy (2020-2021) and Chambers USA, Nationwide Projects: Renewables and Alternative Energy (2019-2022).
