Daniel is an international associate in the ICM – General Securities Group based in our New York office. Daniel has experience advising Brazilian and international issuers and underwriters in a wide range of public and private securities offerings in Brazil (equity, debt and securitization).
He advised Brazilian companies on various other matters, including secured financing and M&A transactions.
Daniel also has experience advising public companies with regulatory requirements before the Brazilian securities exchange commission (CVM).He has represented and worked with clients from different industries, including real estate, retail, banking, energy, technology and the agribusiness sectors.
Daniel is admitted to practice in Brazil and is practicing in New York as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
