Dan advises on private M&A transactions in Australia and Asia Pacific. His experience includes advising across industry sectors, with a focus on technology and communications and private capital transactions.
In particular Dan’s practice covers acting on complex multi-jurisdictional technology and communications M&A transactions, and advising international and domestic funds, corporates and investment managers on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings.
Dan has extensive cross-border experience, and has worked in the firm’s London and Sydney offices.
