Daniel is the founder and managing partner Ginting & Reksodiputro in association with Allen & Overy, and is one of Indonesia’s most pre-eminent lawyers in banking, finance and project transactions with over 25 years’ experience in the Indonesian market. He is recognised by all the major participants in the industry including those in government, state owned enterprises, investment banks and other advisers, mining services, trading houses, transport providers, technical consultants, construction, power generators and others.

Daniel has extensive experience working with Indonesian government agencies like the Ministry of Finance, Office of the Vice President, Ministry of State Owned Entities, and Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund, amongst others, as well as State Owned Entities such as PLN, Antam and Pelindo, amongst others.
