She also has extensive experience and expertise in project finance related mining, telecoms and renewable energy projects with a specific emphasis on the security aspects of these transactions. Cynthia’s regular South African clients include RMB, Nedbank and Investec and she has also acted for major local borrowers in funding transactions.

Cynthia regularly provides training for major clients on security considerations and other topical issues for funders and borrowers. She provides knowledge support to the banking and finance team and is also responsible for managing and implementing the knowledge requirements of the firm, legal training and identifying opportunities to use knowledge products and innovation to add value to clients.
