Contact Details
Cristiano’s main area of practice is in both international and domestic capital markets work. He is a member of the Italian ICM team based in Rome and has extensive experience of public and private debt and equity issues, including transactions involving public offerings and an offering in the United States, convertible and exchangeable bond issues, medium term note and commercial paper programmes, structured finance products and Italian public finance. Cristiano has also significant experience with reference to both domestic and international liability management transactions and with reference to regulatory matters. He has worked with most of the leading international investment banks as well as with many major Italian corporate, finance and banking issuers.
