Claudia is in the Paris Corporate/M&A team. She joined Allen & Overy upon qualification in 2016 and worked as an Associate before being also appointed as Senior Professional Support Lawyer in 2022.
She has experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions and on broad range of corporate transactional and technical company law issues. She is also a member of the “Pro-Bono” and Innovation committee of A&O Paris.
