Cindy specialises in projects, banking and finance and debt restructuring. In banking and finance, she has extensive experience in corporate financing, acquisition financing, real estate financing and debt restructuring. In infrastructure, she has acted for commercial lenders, development banks, project developers, private equity and government guarantee fund in a wide range of sectors, notably power (conventional and renewables), water, toll road, LNG, port and airport.

With the rise of public private partnership (PPP) in Indonesia, Cindy has focused on risk allocation in PPP structures and on concession agreements, and has experience dealing with various agencies within the Government involved in PPP projects. Cindy has worked in both Indonesia and London and is fluent in English and Indonesian.
