Ciaran advises a wide range of corporate trustees and agency providers on their roles across debt capital markets, including EMTN updates, RMBS’s and CMBS’s as well as banking transactions including real estate and aviation financings.
As part of his role within Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL), Ciaran has also assisted on large-scale documentary review projects and has experience of the use of legal technology solutions to deliver such projects.
