Christopher is Head of our Global Real Estate Practice. Christopher has two decades of experience in the real estate sector, advising private equity funds, sovereign wealth vehicles, institutional investors, public bodies and family offices on their highest profile, largest value and most complex real estate matters.

In the last ten years Christopher has been the lead advisor on over GBP15bn worth of transactions across Europe and the UK. His broad practice encompasses investment acquisitions and disposals, whether structured as direct asset sales and purchases, or the selling and buying of property holding companies, partnerships and unit trusts; advising clients on the negotiation of real estate joint ventures, and the establishment of investment and operational platforms; significant ground up developments and refurbishments of existing stock; major landlord and tenant work, including acting for leading financial institutions on their own account real estate matters; and cross border investments, both single-asset deals and large multi-asset and multi-jurisdictional portfolio transactions.
