Chris has over 10 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of competition law, with a particular focus on complex merger clearances.  Chris also has extensive experience of advising on sensitive foreign investment control matters, including under the UK National Security & Investment Act.

Chris also advises on behavioural competition law matters, market studies / investigations and sector regulation.  Chris has experience of a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in TMT and infrastructure.
