He also has extensive experience in drafting conditions precedent (CPs) together with the management and co-ordination of the entire CP process. In addition, Chris has regularly assisted US colleagues on a variety of matters including: (i) review of facility documentation pertaining to LIBOR switch; (ii) co-ordinating worldwide multi-jurisdictional surveys for a large financial services company; and (iii) updating and managing a large investment advisers’ review of internal memoranda on specific jurisdictional laws and regulations. Chris has more recently worked with colleagues in London on: (i) certain banking client’s internal financial market infrastructure questionnaires; and (ii) due diligence of transaction documents relating to the disposal of a client’s interest in specific offshore wind projects.
