Christina Habermayr



Christina practices tax law and advises national and international companies on a broad range of national and cross-border tax matters with a focus on corporate reorganisations, restructurings and financing structures.

She also regularly advises on tax dispute matters and tax risk management. Christina's recent experience includes advising on a reorganisation of a leading luxury hotel chain and advice on a post-acquisition restructuring of a packaging group. Christina is a German qualified lawyer and a German Certified Tax Advisor.
