Chris is a partner in our banking and finance group, currently based in Singapore. He is highly regarded for his versatility, with experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions across not only South East Asia, but also more widely across the Asia Pacific region and also in Europe. His diverse experience ranges from complex acquisition finance through to real estate finance, structured lending, syndicated lending and trade finance. He also has experience advising on work outs and distressed situations.

Chris regularly advises leading international and local banks, borrowers, multilateral agencies and development finance institutions on a wide variety of finance transactions across the Asia Pacific region, particularly in ASEAN markets. Chris regularly speaks at industry forums on the latest market practice in financing transactions across a variety of Asian jurisdictions.
