Chris has a wide range of experience advising private equity funds and other financial sponsors on a number of cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, consortium arrangements and co-investments.

Chris has spent time on secondment at the legal team of Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited and also Allen & Overy's Amsterdam office.
