Chris’ practice focuses on patent litigation and he works with clients on all aspects of a litigation, from pre-suit diligence through appeal.

His degree in molecular and cellular biology and experience litigating chemical patents allows him to work with a broad array of clients across the life sciences sector and allows him to quickly become familiar with the technology at issue in a case.

Chris’ practice focuses primarily on pharmaceutical patent litigation but he also has experience advising clients on litigations involving related technologies such as medical devices as well as experience counselling clients on regulatory issues related to FDA approval of drug products.
