Chiara’s practice covers corporate law, with a special focus on M&A deals. Chiara has been involved in several complex transactions – both domestic and cross-border – concerning the acquisition, disposal, corporate reorganisation and restructuring of national and international companies as well as in assistance on general corporate and commercial matters.

She advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, listed and private companies, operating in a wide range of sectors, including financial institutions, real estate, industrial and manufacturing, medical and food.
