Chase advises clients in connection with a diverse set of transactional matters, including the development and capitalization of renewable energy infrastructure, the negotiation of secured and unsecured credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements and ISDA documentation, and the analysis and implementation of special situations and financial restructuring strategies.
