Charlotte is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in Allen & Overy's London TMT group.  She trained at Allen & Overy and became an associate in the team in 2000.  She rejoined Allen & Overy in 2010 having spent six years working in the legal team at Accenture where she negotiated a wide variety of sourcing and procurement contracts and was the SME covering non-contentious IP in the UK.

Charlotte has significant experience in, amongst other things, arrangements for the exploitation of intellectual property, outsourcing and procurement transactions, IT/technology law, and system build and integration agreements. She also advises on non-contentious intellectual property and data protection issues. She assists the commercial/outsourcing group with complex research, training (internal and external) and legal know-how support on transactions and also continues to do some client facing work, primarily of a supervisory nature.
