Charlotte specialises in domestic and international corporate tax law. She concentrates on mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, corporate restructurings and tax aspects of financing for banks and insurance companies. Charlotte is also closely involved in the drafting of all forms of legal documentation.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Leiden in September 2014 with a master’s degree in civil law and in September 2015 with a master’s degree in tax law. She joined Allen & Overy in November 2015.
