Charlotte advises on a broad range of banking and finance related issues with a particular focus on credit facility documentation and security.

As a member of the knowledge team, she tracks and analyses legal issues and developments which are relevant to the loan market and their implications for transactions and market practice.

Prior to joining the knowledge team, Charlotte worked on a variety of banking transactions, ranging from the provision of credit facilities to investment grade borrowers and entities in developing markets to real estate financing. She also has experience in secondary debt transactions including single credit distressed debt trading and sub-participation programmes. Charlotte was also involved with a number of workouts and acted for senior lenders, junior creditors and borrowers.
