Charley is an associate at the Corporate and M&A department in Amsterdam. She advises in corporate law and commercial contracting. In addition, she specialises in intellectual property, technology, IT and outsourcing. Charley has advised clients on various M&A transactions and IT related matters.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy in September 2020, Charley worked at the District Court of Gelderland (Rechtbank Gelderland). She graduated in Dutch Civil Law at Radboud University with a focus on Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
