Charles Honée

His work includes acquisitions and disposals by both (listed) domestic and foreign companies, public takeover bids and private (auction) sales and acquisition processes. In his role, he regularly acts for well-known private equity houses and also advises management in private equity deals. Charles regularly publishes articles on recent law developments.

Charles was recently involved in multiple high profile transactions, including leading the team that advised ING on the disposal of its insurance businesses in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand (combined value of nearly EUR3bn).

The 2016 latest edition of Chambers Global describes him as “Clients appreciate his knowledge of our business, high levels of responsiveness and high-quality advice which he tailors to the client's needs”.
