Charles del Valle’s activity primarily focuses on tax structuring of leveraged buyouts transactions. He has acquired solid experience in the specific field of private equity, acting for both investment funds and managers of target entities, in relation with domestic and cross-border transactions.

Charles’ experience extends to mergers and acquisition and real estate projects, advising industrial groups on a large number of transfers, acquisitions and mergers of listed companies and non-listed companies, and French and foreign real-estate funds in their investment transactions.

His practice also covers complex restructuring operations advising distressed companies, creditors and investors during and before protective measures stages (mandat ad hoc, conciliation).
