Chaïmae is an associate in the Corporate M&A team in Amsterdam. She specialises in corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors.

Her main practice areas are buyer side acquisitions, seller side divestments (including auctions) and corporate advice and she has a special interest in M&A transactions in the FIG sector. She also advises clients in relation to commercial contract law. Chaïmae graduated from Leiden University in 2021, where she obtained masters degrees in Financial law and Corporate law, and joined Allen & Overy in May 2021.
