Cees is an associate in the Projects & Real Estate department who specialises in project finance and legal technology. He is member of the Amsterdam Advanced Delivery team, the Circle Economy team and Amsterdam Green team. Experiences include heading the Amsterdam transition to electronic signing and contracting, contributing to the development of the Circular Services Platform and advising consortia of sponsors and banking syndicates on various infrastructure, solar and (off shore) windfarm financings.
Cees studied at the University of Utrecht and completed the multidisciplinary honours master programme Law, Markets and Behaviour cum laude at the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
