Caspar is an associate in the corporate team in Amsterdam. He focuses on private M&A and equity capital market transactions.
His experience includes advising: private M&A: Mirage Retail Holding on the sale of Big Bazar and Isero on the purchase of Govers; equity capital markets: JDE Peet’s, ESG Core Investments and NX Filtration on their initial public offering and listing on Euronext Amsterdam.
Furthermore, Caspar has advised a wide variety of clients on introducing share- and cash-based incentive plans and arrangements. Caspar also has experience with public offers and IT related aspects of transactions.
Caspar joined Allen & Overy in October 2019. Before joining Allen & Overy, Caspar obtained an LLM in Corporate Law and an MSc in Financial Economics (cum laude) at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
