She has extensive experience of public and private M&A and corporate advisory work, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. She also specialises in sustainability/ESG policy and regulations. Caroline is responsible for corporate and sustainability/ESG knowledge management and training, she monitors and analyses legal and market practice developments, writes client publications, drafts practice notes and advises on technical queries.
