Callum advises on equity capital markets transactions and technical listing regime issues. Callum joined Allen & Overy in 2022. He previously practised at Slaughter and May, where he gained experience of a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. Before entering legal practice, Callum taught law at the University of Kent.
