Brian has represented clients across a broad range of financial services litigation and investigation matters, both domestic and international, including antitrust, fraud, commodities, securities, class-actions, shareholder derivative actions, breach of contract, asset recovery, bankruptcy, and litigation-risk advisory work. He also has experience representing and advising clients in commercial disputes involving private equity funds, licensing agreements, tortious interference actions, products liability, and other corporate litigation.
His pro bono experience includes lead representation of criminal defendants seeking federal post-conviction relief before the United States Courts of Appeals for the fourth and Seventh Circuits, representation of immigrants’ rights advocates in a petition for rulemaking regarding U.S. asylum regulations, and representation of a family regarding student loan debt collections.
Brian previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. K. Michael Moore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida from 2009 to 2010.
