Brenna Speiser

Brenna started her legal career as an associate in the Derivatives and Structured Finance team at A&O, where she specialised in equity derivatives and other equity-linked transactions, as well as regulation of over-the-counter derivatives. Brenna has experience as an in-house lawyer at major investment banks, most recently as Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs, where she advised on matters relating to derivatives clearing and other financial markets infrastructure and directed a number of significant business and regulatory initiatives, including MiFID 2, margin rules for uncleared derivatives, EMIR, CSDR, Brexit and regulatory capital requirements.
