Brendan’s practice covers all aspects of asset finance with a particular focus on aviation finance. He acts for airlines, ECAs, financial institutions and lessors across a wide range of debt financing, leasing, portfolio sales and acquisition, sale and leaseback, securitisation, ECA backed, and restructuring transactions.

  • CACIB in relation to a USD400m secured facility in respect of a ship scrubber acquisition and installation programme
  • Air Astana on various sale and leaseback and new operating lease transactions to support its fleet renewal and expansion
  • Falko Regional Aircraft on its $255m inaugural ABS transaction involving a portfolio of 39 regional jet and turboprop aircraft
