Borja has experience advising lenders and borrowers on all type of financing transactions, including the debt restructuring of some of the Spain's biggest companies.
Since 2010, has also participated in several sales and acquisitions of non-strategic assets of financial institutions, such as non-performing loans, real estate assets and property management platforms. Since 2020, Borja has been recommended for his excellent work in Best Lawyers.
